• Return procedure

 

You have 7 working days following the delivery of your order to return an item.

Steps :

1 – Contact our customer service to check the eligibility of your return on 679922095  from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. or create your return from your Camerprint account by clicking on my commands – return – create a return.

2- Drop off your item at a Camerprint agency if you have been delivered by an agency. If you had been delivered to your home, Camerprint will organize the collection of your return no later than 48 hours after the return has been created.

3- The article will only be accepted if it is accompanied by its invoice, all its accessories and in its original packaging in good condition.

4- All returned items are subject to verification review. 

 

 

• Reasons for returns

 

You will find below the reasons for accepting returns: 

• Manufacturing defect
• Missing piece
• Non-compliance with the product offered on the site
• Counterfeiting

 

Cannot be returned:

• Underwear (underpants, Swimwear, etc.)
• Sex toys 
• Care products, Beauty, Cosmetics and hygiene and accessories
• Food and consumables (cigars, drinks, etc.).
• Phone accessories (protective films, cases, covers, etc.)
• Electronic accessories (headphones, chargers, headphones, etc.).

WARNING: 

If the problem arises from the customer’s use and / or all return conditions are not met, then the return of the item will be refused.

• Product replacements are made within 1 to 3 days.

• Refunds for returned items are effective within 3 to 5 days. Refunds are made exclusively by Orange Money or MTN Mobile Money.
